The planning process includes the following steps:

  • Preparation of a detailed cost estimate
  • Preparation of tender documents taking into account the size of the project and the services to be provided
  • Organising and carrying out on-site inspections with specialised companies to explain the tendering process
  • Execution schedule
  • Review and evaluation of contractors’ bids, including a proposal for award
